Membership Dues Changes in 2026

As the NB2A enters its 3rd year, we are implementing changes to our membership structure to better serve our community. 

Previous membership tiers mirrored larger industry organizations and did not reflect the specific community we serve - Black brewery owners and industry professionals.

Our new dues structure seeks to remove the financial barriers to join the association and ensures that resources are better appropriated to support Black brewery ownership and cultivate the Black beer community.

Black Brewers Memberships

• $200 - Black-Owned Brewing Company (company membership)
• Covers brewery owners & staff.
• Applies to all types of brewing businesses (contract, alt-prop, taproom, packaging, brewpubs, and breweries-in-planning).
• Benefits: Access to all member communications, discounts, networking, grants, and business development resources.
• $75 - Black Brewing Industry Professional (individual membership)
• For non-owner professionals.
• Benefits: Access to all member benefits, excluding business grants and business development resources

Supporters & Sponsorship

To ensure continued support from non-Black-owned businesses and industry allies, we will maintain avenues for:

• One-time or recurring donations.
• Corporate sponsorships
• Engagement through our Business Council
